What is the typical processing time for orders?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During peak holiday seasons or large sales events, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are your fragrance oils and essential oils skin-safe?
Yes, all of our fragrance and essential oils are formulated for cosmetic use. We provide IFRA certificates and SDS sheets for every scent to ensure you have the correct usage rates for soaps, lotions, and candles.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship throughout North America. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your supplies. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
What is your return policy on raw ingredients?
To maintain the integrity and safety of our products, we cannot accept returns on raw ingredients, oils, or waxes once they have left our facility. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
Can I buy your products in bulk for my small business?
Absolutely. We offer tiered wholesale pricing on many of our most popular items, including bulk waxes, base oils, and glass containers. Discounts are automatically applied to your cart based on the quantity selected.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
The vast majority of our products are vegan and 100% cruelty-free. We do not test on animals. For specific items like beeswax or goat milk powder, please refer to the 'Specifications' tab on the product page for full ingredient transparency.
