At Voyageur Soap & Candle, we strive to provide the highest quality ingredients for your creations; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, certain raw materials, fragrances, and essential oils are non-returnable once the seal is broken.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all seals are intact, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship the Items
Send your return package via a trackable shipping method to our warehouse facility; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
